We do not see Project Management as something that commences only with the start of construction.
From the earliest stage of our engagement (and even prior to a new purchase for our existing clients), we will help manage the progress of your project, assisting you in navigating London’s complex property laws. These are very specific and, especially to non-UK clients, can seem positively Medieval!
The density of living in central London does, however, require a lot of rules, and each building could reasonably be viewed as a law unto itself, requiring its own set of planning approvals, refurbishment licences, negotiations, schedules of conditions, party-wall agreements and so on.
